Well, this is definitely my best drawing yet. The hair is better than I've been able to ever draw before, but it could still use improvement. It only took two days, which I think is pretty fast, so I should probably take things slower, except I don't really know what I should spend more time on, and how.
Also, this drawing was inspired by a similar one on artismygift.blogspot.com, which has amazing drawings. And that's the one I used as my reference.
You're definitely getting better at hair. The swoop of hair on top of Fili's head definitely lets me know what picture you used as reference. The only thing I would change is Fili's right eye (on the left side of the page). It's just a little high and wide. Bring that in a little bit, and down a bit, and you'd have one handsome dwarf on your paper!
